Did you change your name?

Yes! We were previously named and affiliated with the Beadniks franchise. Since August 2013, we are officially independent, and renamed the store, Lotus Beads and Jewelry. We are located in the same physical location in the Mall of America, Minnesota, still have the same owner and same product. We will always honor any Beadniks: Mall of America gift cards we’ve sold and our current customers enrolled in our Rewards Points Program will not lose any points; which will transfer. Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases at this time.

Shipping:

At this time Lotus Beads & Jewelry only ships within the continental United States, this does not include Alaska or Hawaii.

 

Wholesale Discount:

Lotus Beads & Jewelry does not offer a wholesale discount or tax exempt status for online purchases at this time.  However, we do honor tax exemption and wholesale discounts in our physical store located in the Mall of America, 368 North Garden, Bloomington, MN 55425.

To qualify for in-store tax exemption you will need to fill out a State of Minnesota ST-3 form in store that we may have on file.  A 20% Wholesale discount is given with a one-time $100+ purchase and honored for that purchase and every purchase of any amount thereafter.

 

Special Orders:

If you have visited our store, you know what a fantastic selection we have.  Looking for something you may have purchased here previously and don’t see it on our website? Email us a picture and we will be happy to tell you if it is still a product we carry and be happy to send it to you. We only ship within the continental United States.

 

Return Policy:

Lotus Beads & Jewelry is happy to provide a full refund within 60 days of the shipping date. Lotus Beads & Jewelry does not reimburse return shipping costs, this will be at the cost of the patron. Items may be returned to our physical store location in the Mall of America, or sent to:

We do not accept returns on the following products:

  • Custom-cut products such as chain, wire, or cord
  • Parawire Spools
  • Books, Downloadable PDF’s or software
  • Discontinued or Clearance items at the time of purchase
Refund policy may be extended or adjusted in the case of a defective item or order with an error.  We ask you please call or email us promptly so we can correct the issue.
